What if — this was the Hino Motors Sprint Cup. A one-make racing series created by Hino Motors to support the Contessa's development and homologation for racing after FIA rules changed, requiring 400 road-going cars for competition in Group 3 Sports Racing Cars.
When the races featured intense, wheel-to-wheel action and close finishes it felt like the panels of a racing comic book had come alive.
